If the 20 att isn't quested, isn't much point in keeping it at 20.

Go for ancients, and you could be a good hybrid, (higher range/str)

 

idk about value but since it look slike a str pure, you should get 45 def and 99 str and idk about attack lvl.

 

be one of those 20 def 99 str 99 range pker accounts that use corrupt weapons

 

I'd just go for 99 Str and worry about Attack later.

 

It's really up to you. Build this guy into an account you would feel comfortable playing with keeping quests in mind. You could keep the the 20atk and continue using it as a cvls pker, orchange into a f2p pker, gmaul, dds or whatever appeals to you.

Tbh if i was you i'd just turn it into an f2p pure if the attack isn't quested, It's already got the base stats to become a half decent range/2hr.

 

Depending on what account you are looking to develop it into, I would suggest getting the attack up to 60. Possibly making it a DClaw pure?

I'd say 40 attack, 99 str, 99 range - go F2P 2h pure.

 

Did you complete Death Platue to get the 20 attack? If so then I say carry on training range and strength. CVLS pures are pretty cool and you can always modify it down the track if you don't find much demand for it
