New way of scamming people - lost 40m

yes i have had this happen to me once .... it sucks..... i lost 20m though rsgp lol

 

I have a feeling that everyone knew of this scam approach for a long time, I see it used a lot. Even in doubling money, some people will actually double your money until you give them a large amount of coins, until it becomes worth it for them to scam.

Some of them can be convincing, There is a reason so many people are ''doubling money''

 

I can assure you this isn't a new method of scamming, it's probably been going around for 10 years. Its called gaining people's trust, once you have their trust, you have control of the person - it's a little thing we like to call psychological research.
It's always good to have someone point it out and describe it though because it can be deceiving.

 

lots' of people are scammers..You have to be on your toes and keep them out really good before putting any trust and even then you might get fucked over. Beware a lot of people are out there for themselves.

 

This isn't exactly new dude

 

People do this in RS aswell. I say if you don't know them in real life don't give them anything.

I wouldn't trust anyone on the Internet unless there is ahold reason too. You made a mistake and hopefully you learned your lesson.
