Need help with Paypal.

My pp was limited i have no idea why. now i have done 2/3 things asked. changing ur pass and security questions when i clikc on the thrid thing "CONFIRM YOUR ID" i get a message that says.

Confirmation attempt failed
Try again if you're having problems with the confirmation process

Now i dont want to call them since im not 18.

I called them, I'm 16. No worries, just call them.

 

Only 3 thing ? I remember i had atleast 5 on my first limitation. Soon as sent them a picture of my passport and ID card the limitation was removed. Well....They limited it again as soon as i received a big payment. My advice: Stop messing around with paypal if its possible. Paypal is a bitch and since its not a bank it can do what ever it wants with ur money. Such as freeze ur funds without any notice. Trust me , even you get rid of the limitation, it wont be ur last one.

Can u upload a pic of your resolution center with list of things u have to do ?

If its not ur real name then u cant send them any proof. Maybe calling helps but i havent called them so i cant really tell. I sure would like to call them but i m long distance calls are so expensive.

Have u got any ID that has that fake name on it ? If so you can send them a pic of that

 

Don't wanna go that for for 20 bucks. Im just pissed cause my bank account is on it. Did you look at the pics?

 

Yeh i see the pics now and you need a document with your fake name on it. Or you can just dump the acc and wait till the limitation expires. It should happen after 180 days. If you have no money on paypal then theres no big loss.

EDIT: Are you getting that error right after clicking "resolve" ?

 

Can i send them a picture of my bank statment of them depositing the 2 small payments when i confirment the bank account? and were do i send them the pictures?

 

Send them a picture of your school ID/Drivers' license.. If your under 18, gf for 6 months.

Paypal doesnt accept internet banking documents.

 

Its not a pic from the internet. I got them to print it out at the bank.

 

It has to have prints and signatures on it. It also has to have ur name visible on it. But since ur using fake name, ur bank document couldn't possibly have the correct name on it. The best way is to send picture of drivers license or passport.

 

Ill just wait 6 months...fml that 23 bucks was supposed to buy me membership and a bot. O well...
