Just Scammed me

My internet crashed due to the weather in the area, going online now to make everything right.

About the claimed scam: I lost power during a thunderstorm in the middle of the trade with Mooier who really is banned from Sythe but made new account to "report me". He claimed his money back and both of our Paypal accounts got limited. Since he got the money back, I didn't scam him and I'm not selling to him because he claimed money back. I have made a new paypal and back open for business after this bump in the road.
