Luring requirements?

One of my accounts is combat level 96. I completed desert treasure and my mage is 77, is the ice burst enough to lure kids? im sorry if i sound stupid i havent played this game in a few years and i heard that all the old rules are back so im trying to get started again

You probably want to at least get blitz, because with burst your chances of splashing are a lot higher than you want when luring.

 

You need to be able to hold them still whilst you butt fuck them. If you can't do that, don't even attempt it.

 

You need to be able to talk smooth.
A good spec weapon like D bow, D claws.
Also a barrager to keep him on the spot.

 

get barrage if you are long time luring if not just get 82 for ice blitz
