O SEXY (scammed me for 10 USD)

I gave him 24 hours to make it right. He denied the claims, demanded to see the evidence, and when I showed it to him he shut up entirely.

The deal was $20 for 25mil. I sent him 10 for 12.5, as soon as I did he logged out of both MSN and RS.

Do you have any screen shots where he logs out or blocks you?

 

He hasn't actually blocked me, and it's decently difficult to screenshot him logging out, as he could just say he was never there. Would you like to see the convo of where I confronted him? I could pm it to you. He replied quickly up until I showed him my proof, and then silence for the last 24 hours.

 

I PMed him to refund you or pay you the 12.5m. He has 48 hours to respond.

 

Update on this: He updated the claim on paypal a day ago. I replied shortly after. Still no movement on the paypal, no refund and no attempt to contact me to reimburse.

Virtual items were never exchanged, in fact when I went to acquire said virtual items, the character that was trading them to me logged out, disappeared, and never said another word to me.

Fraud is still fraud last I checked, and to pay someone for a good or service and not obtain the good or service is a right to a full refund. If he wants to keep arguing that he traded me, I can escalate this to fraud and make a case out of it.
