Can i be sued for using and gaining money from sythe?

You can't be sued for selling RuneScape gold pieces. For all they know, you're simply selling the time it took to acquire such things, not the items themselves. Jagex can't sue you, nor can some random third party who doesn't like you. If you want to talk to a lawyer, that is perfectly fine, however, you have absolutely nothing to worry about.

Regarding the taxes, that can be a slippery slope. I'm quite sure you're no where near the threshold to be taxed, and it's not total money made, it's a threshold from every source of income that you must surpass in order for you to have to report it. For example, let's say your threshold is $5,000.00 USD, and you receive $450.00 USD from 15 different sources. You would not necessarily have to report all of it on your taxes.

 

you shouldnt be its like selling something , just talk to a lawyer and try to delete all of the evidences tht uve earned tht much money

 

Yea, i really don't understand how either. It's only gold Surely if you pay tax this is not an issue. Speak to R2pleasent or other big sellers they will be able to advice you.

i thought about this for a bit. I realized that at least on the side of Jagex, no suing is possible. Think about it... When selling gp, i am not taking Jagex's property out of the game and into real life and selling it....

I would simply be transferring the money to someone else in the same game. with this in mind, the rsgp goes from being Jagex's property in THEIR game to Jagex's property still in THEIR game. It is still their property either way. We would simply be selling the time it took to get it. We are not selling their property as it will still belong to them no matter what unless someone somehow warped virtual gold into real gold in the real world? obviously impossible, therefore impossible for jagex to sue

 

Man, if you never did anything with police and economical sht, then just dont respond, i dont like the bs you telling me and some others are, you're like "nothing can happen etc" go and ask lawyer about this idiot. ITS NOT ABOUT THE THING YOU DO ABOUT THE GAME, ITS ABOUT YOU GET CASH WHICH AINT DECLARED AND AINT TAXABLED.

For RS trades, no. Its always a property of Jagex so meh. Depending on what you did, I doubt you can be prosicuted for it.

 

Unless theres Legitimate proof, no.....
