TL;DR
1. payments can only get verified between 8am and 8pm PST
2. hassle free refund= within 24h on weekdays, not at all in the weekends
3. they suck

That's odd...I've never had any problems with PA before.

 

For me PA is too much hassle (asking for personal address, phone number, and other personal info, etc...), I rather just trade with trusted members on sythe, while taking a small risk of me getting scammed.

Also it is funny how shitty their customer support is, every sentence they write contains "very sorry", or "sorry". Nigga, please..

 

They are sorry they have to make your day miserable.

It's PA, it's the best way to sell stuff, so just take it easy.

 

Somethings are better left alone, with that said i wouldn't mess with them again.

 

Update: they have refunded my buyer already, although the Live Chatter stated that it was completely impossible because their financial department isnt active during weekends.

Wtf is that for crap? They don't even know how their own company works or what?

I also doubt that they can only verify between 8am-8pm PST since its now 5am PST and I see people who have done multiple trades via PA already today.

 

ive never had an issue with them..

 

PA is shit the fees are shit I rather go first in paypal. They make you verify your phone never happening.

 

I got my SMS verification within seconds.
I'm going to keep using PA either way, since direct paypal payments make u lose more money than their fees and gets all ur PP accounts limited and that hassle.
