Yes, although Jagex's terms of service which you agree too creates a legally binding and enforceable contract.

Therefore, if you break the terms you subsequently break the contract meaning they can infroce legal rights such as stated in those ToS.

As big of service that you're creating might be, I doubt it's even a blip on the radar compared to a lot of people out there. I highly doubt you have anything to worry about.

Never heard of anyone getting into legal trouble for it.

As long as you pay taxes every year on what you have received, then it is perfectly legal.

Let's say you earn 10 grand a year from this, and you pay the taxes on the 10 grand, and fill out the tax forms and everything, then it is perfectly legal

It isn't breaking the law, but you could have a civil suit filed against you. The odds of this are extremely low, but worst case you would probably just have to pay Jagex the profits you had made.

That's actually not true. If you sell guns, but don't have a license to do so, and still pay taxes it's still illegal. It's just in violation of a different law than tax law. I'm worried about violating intellectual property rights.

As I have said several times, I'm personally am not worried about suit. My dad doesn't want me doing anything illegal, and I need his permission to start something like this.
