How do u know if it's CC funded paypal?

if it's a bank funded paypal i don't have to worry about chargebacks right?

Well usually you can tell by the country. Just search which countries require a credit card to verify a paypal account and which ones need a bank account to verify their paypal.

You can't actually tell when someone is sending a payment which has been funded by a credit card so just look for trusted gold buyers and sell to them or anyone with vouches for buying GP.
