Question About Selling gold.

When somebody pay's you via paypal or player auctions or anything else

does the mone ybuild up as credit on paypal or PA or does the money go straight to your account.

so for example if i sold 50M for $50, will i be able to use that $50 from my Credit Card like 5 minutes later to buy something off the internet.

Reason i want to know is im thinking of buying a big VPS and start selling gold but i dont realy use paypal often so i have no clue

 

If using paypal the money would be in your paypal and you could purchase things with you paypal balance, in order for it to go into your bank account there is a small fee, and you have to wait 3-5 days and then since your credit card takes money from your bank. There is your answer.

 

What Marine Clark said. However if someone were to charge you back you would be screwed (negative balance). It's suggested to either use the safer forms of Paypal (Playerauctions I've heard) or WU.

 

Western Union is the safest form of payment, but the fee's are high I think.

Someone has to pay the fee's, and the buyers are never willing to pay them.

Use Playerauctions, they are extremely safe. They disburse the money into your PayPal account every 2-4 days. That's the only bad thing about them. That and their fee's are kinda high. But here on Sythe.. if you accept PayPal you will get a ton of chargebacks.

 

what are the fee rates on stuff such as WU or player auctions.

im trying to work out what i will be earning minimum before i set it all up

Im pretty sure the Western Union fee is like 10% or in that area.

 

Ouchhhh... thats fairly big - what about PA ?
