Texas?

Is Texas a good place? I might be moving to Texas with my parents, or stay here in Georiga. Which is better? and is Texas a bad place? Should I stay here? I'm also moving close to houston Please tell me

Never been to either place. From a person in New Jersey, I would say Texas probably has a better reputation in my mind then Georgia

Even though my whole family is mostly European and other parts, I lived in Texas while growing up and its really a badass place to live at. Its really beautiful as well, but really depends which city/place you are going to go. I seriously loved all the variety of attractions and people here always finding new friends everyday. We also sure love sports and basically everyone is a fan of a team or play sports here.

Only one thing that really has thrown me off especially the last 2 years is how many cars are on the road, especially near the city Frisco always traffic and its impossible to get anywhere without a car, but its not like that everywhere mainly big cities only.

I actually live around Dallas, Texas and Dallas along with Houston are becoming really popular cities now. I have been to Houston and I must say its alot better there than Dallas.
But yeah I would still say Texas would be a great place to live, alot of my family in Europe and Australia are jealous that I live here which I find kind of odd lol.
Don't know about how Georgia is so you have to tell me what that is like =P
Just tell me what else you want to know though

I heard texas is good, but alot of gangs :/.. and stuff like that. Georiga is pretty peaceful and BORING... but I lived here almost my whole life. It was pretty good. I grew up a little while in texas, but not the so populated part.

 

Texas, I am from Austin its the shit. But its really unlike other parts of texas

I went to Dallas on holiday for a few days before I headed to the west coast, fuck me the scenery is amazing

I don't really like the Houston area as much as I do Austin, where I live, but it still isn't bad. I would say Texas over Georgia.

I live in Dallas and Houston. I must say that Dallas is better, although Houston is great as well.

Okay but yeah, Texas really is a nice place. About the gangs if your going to any city your going to find gangs, but its not as bad as NYC and LA in Houston. Houston is nice the humidness in the summer takes a while to get used to but from september to May its not very humid or humid at all. Either way its not like your going to spend all your time outside anyways just turn the AC on.

 

When I ran a marathon in Texas it was brilliant. There is a mixture of all people there (Mexican, Caucasian, African, Asian). Georgia is a very, what I would call "sardine" place. I've never lived in either one, but I would pick Texas.

 

Texas is nice -- the city of houston is quite beautiful because they don't regulate housing so there is more of a interesting fabric there

i am from dallas, and its a pretty good place to live.
