New payment idea?

Well, I was thinking about a cool payment idea other than Western union (High fees) and paypal (High risk). Sending a prepaid visa card through mail or even just sending the number on the card would work pretty well because there is no fees, no charge backs and it's pretty easy to walk into a store and get one.

 

They would have to spend the money right away on something.
Since the seller, of the card, will have the numbers too.
Still possible to scam.
