Recovering Jagex Launchers

Long story short I sold an obby mauler a few days ago and the guy messaged me yesterday saying that it was hacked, along with every other account he has and migrated to a Jagex Launcher.

He wants me to recover the obby, could someone share the method for contacting Jagex to do this?

No problem, the form is also good to get in touch directly with staff. One staff member helped me recover an account I hadn’t logged into for a couple years just by me giving them other accounts’ RSNS and emails that I’ve used in the past.
