Datasafe - Scammer (110M)

Briefly explain the trade: He went first to buy 110M in 2 increments, for $0.80/M, on this thread: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1059948
How they scammed: Disputed payment as unauthorized transaction a few hours after the trade.

I hope this is enough to ban this scammer. I thought I did everything I could to prevent a scam, but then I get this. Let me know if further info is needed.
