Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:
A 'report' was made in which the party did not require any outcome from (so is this even a report, more of a attempt a slander by looking up the meaning?), there was no evidence or even a single account username provided to me to prove accounts were purchased from myself. It is entirely possible he registered them himself in this scenario. He was paid $2 just to do away with the report due to the fact my time is worth more than $2 and checking Sythe regularly with a back and forth 'argument'.

My TOS clearly state that I am not the original owner of the logins that accounts are built on (these include tutorials), and it is required you change the password & register them to your own email address, which he did not.

Link to previous disputes: Resolved - This dispute was again regarding someone buying accounts and not changing the details, he purchased logins to build into TOB accounts when his account became inaccessible, he was given a like for like replacement TOB account with a 200M bank to cover his losses personally from my own stock, in which I should only theoretically be replacing the singular login. For someone who is 'recovering' accounts, why would I be replacing his account like for like when their was no need..?
