Because it is his and its nothing but a way to gain subscribers, and he'll never pay out. That's why he'll blame his friend when he'd get banned for it.

Trying to be nice? doubt it, this is just to get subscribers and we get nothing in return. This is scamming if you don't do the giveaway which I am positive you wont do.
