Is it ok?

Don't know if this is the right section, but I was doing a trade today and we did a 50/50 I gave the info then half of the cash then I gave the user and pass and he gave half of the cash. Well It was a 10M deal and he only gave me 5M, and changed the password to my account and everything without giving the other 5. The thing is, I always try to be smart and I don't give all of the info (never gave him previous passwords or original info) until the end so I know the trade can be safe. Is it scamming if I recover the account back, I messaged him on MSN and he said his internet went down, but he was logged into the account during all of that. So would it be scamming if I recovered it back?

 

Honestly, file a scam report, PM a trade mod, and recover the account back.

I wouldn't say it's scamming. Contact a mod just to make sure before recovering and file a scam report.

If he does not reply to your messages or does not pay you back within a timely manner, open up a scam report as long as you have evidence to back it up!

 

Well technically he didn't fulfill his side of the agreement; so he scammed you already. Recovering the account back would be the correct thing to do I'd imagine. Of course, informing a moderator would be great too
