Best place to train for...

A level 35, with 32 att, 32 str, 33 def.

I don't really know where to train as I have just come back a month from 3 years of quitting, I have a main (level 100), but I haven't played on this level 35 in ages.
Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

Members or non members?

 

Minotaurs (lvl 12) if non membs and experiments if membs.

 

F2P - Minotaurs, until skills are 40. Then Flesh Crawlers.
P2P - Yaks and Experiments (is all I can think of atm)

Is it alright if I train on goblins (level 16)?

 

Minotaurs are faster exp than goblins but its all up to you.

Dude, just kill what you can kill basically.

All monsters give loot in runescape. The only thing that varies is loot/xp/popularity.

for instance, experiments is insane xp, no loot, and alot of popularity.

Go with what you feel like killing, or google it.
