2 quick questions, PP and MB

Ok guys well I'm considering merching mills and basically just want to avoid all the hassles of chargebacks. So my questions are:

1. Is there a limit on the amount of money you can receive with moneybookers and if not, can you deposit all of that money directly into your bank account

2. What type of Paypal account do I need if I only plan on buying mills from it

 

Moneybookers is the future once your verified, takes like 30mins you can receive and send what ever you need, you can withdraw anything to your bank takes 48 hours.

 

i am unsure about moneybookers but as for PP if you want to avoid chargebacks i would avoid PP.

 

I would only be buying with PP and selling with moneybookers/player auctions
