GF Claws...

So basically, I was at the GE, and some guy asked me if I wanted to lure with him. I said sure, but that because I thought he might be luring me I wouldn't bring claws. We spent about an hour planning the best way to lure some guy, and eventually I trusted him enough to bring my claws. Long story short, he killed me and I learned that dragon platelegs protect over dragon claws.

Gratz on the claws, Phrase. I'n stuck with a weird mixture of hatred and admiration for you. Thankfully, I should be able to make 22M back in a few days of SorcGarden botting.

 

Same thing happend to me, I was at green dragons, trying to skull some botters. A guy wasn't botting and he was like; "Yea, I will look if there any bots of your level over there" So after 10 minutes, I hopped to another world to try to get some kills over there.

After 15 minutes, I received a PM of him, saying that there was a level 104 over there skulled, so I hopped. He was waiting with his friend, TB-ed me, and I tried to get away asap, suddenly I was out of food and on 100HP, then I heard my prayer sound and I was like fuck.

I clicked on the p pot and prayer, and I died a milisecond after, lol'd.

 

Lol man I wish I met you guys in-game before this happened. Just joking

That sucks, so many things protect over stuff that shouldn't.
Onyx ring protects over a Divine? Like what the hell Jagex. Dragon platelegs over claws? Seriously that's messed up.

wow that sucks so bad... i think its kinda dumb if you get lured though, it really is your own fault.

 

Yeah, I am an idiot for getting lured. That being said, at least I didn't fall for a "follow me into wild for double inventory glitch" lure.

 

Same thing happened to a friend of mine but instead it was D-Battle axes and Whip.

 

If you think someone is luring you don't even try to play along. Just ignore then.

 

The protect system is ridiculous in runescape

 

Yell all you want at the protection system, but I kinda like it.

It adds another demension to PKing which allows for better drops.

Damn bro hey if it makes you feel better, I've had to sell my claws in order to have enough money to get 94 mage. Their price is going down anyway as you've seen and you can save a couple mill if you just wait to buy it in a couple weeks.
