Has done Forgiveness of a Chaos Dwarf, and is therefore able to use the Dwarf Hand Cannon.

Has done Summers End and I have stunned at the Corporeal Beast many times on him.

I don't know what a recovery test is. And the wealth on the account is about 3m worth of runes and arrows.

 

Basically means you recover the account using original info, ex. internet used when made, previous passwords. You do not use recoveries or email when doing it to ensure that all of the information your provide is legit.
