How is that a fallacy? I'm sure if the majority of the public would want this substance available, I'm sure over time it would happen.

As I have said before, Why does this need to be legal? By leaving the law as it is, you still smoke it, I still smoke it, cancer patients still smoke it...? Why is there a problem?

 

Because people don't drink before the age of 21.

Most humans will tend to conform with the majority, this happens all the time. It is human nature to be a follower.

Yet If you were to survey 100's of business owners, I guarantee you that 100% of them are leaders in their own right.

 

Germany was a minority of the world who belived that was the correct thing to do. The rest of the world (with a certain few excluded) knew it was wrong.

Same with marijuana the smokers of it (minority) believe it should be legalized, just because you smoke it and believe its good for you doesn't mean it should be legalized...

I still pose the question, why does it need to be legalized? everyone who wants to smoke it has access to it.

Just because you make something illegal, doesn't mean you stop it from happening. Look at the Organ donation situation right now. It's a disgrace.

It is. And less harmful then Alcohol too. And less harmful then coffee. Now guess out of those 4 which 1 is illegal?

 

Just because you have access to it doesn't mean your withheld from being arrested and prosecuted for it. It's absolutely idiotic not to legalize something and continue to prosecute people because they have access to it.

 

Just because it is a plant does not rule it off ass not a drug. Almost all drugs come from some type or plant, mineral, or to be very broad some resource.

I can't go to a crystal meth mine with my pickaxe and walk out with a cart and a half full. Also a decrease in alcoholic deaths per year would only be combated by an increase of marijuana related deaths.

I do accept the use of marijuana AS LONG as it is for medical purposes, and in my opinion it should be sold as a MEDICINE.

i believe marijuana isent a bad thing.

its a plant that aboriginals used to use for medical purposes and, in some places today, are also used for medical purposes.

Marijuana contains no chemicals ( contrary to cigarettes and alcohol) and is responsible for a whopping 0 deaths a year.

Legalize it, tax it, the government will make money. and after all isent that all the government cares about?

Brain washed ow yea lol. By my parrents, media, school. I smoke it sometimes but not often, i prefer drinking.. dunno why. About the legalization: I dont know. In one hand it would be good. I m sure crime rate would decrease and stuff. But in the other hand i slightly belive that it kills ur brain cells and makes u stupid. Actually i dont think so, i m afraid that it is so. Cause i have seen people who smoke weed almost every day and they behave like morons. I have nothing against weed. Its just like alcohol - dont consume it too much or it will start consuming u.

 

Marijuana, like any thing that makes you feel good and is fun to do, has potential to be bad, but the drug itself is harmless.
