AND ITS BANNED. Its the 'manual permament ban', banned at 01-Sep-2005, never tried to appeal, any suggestion what to do? Try to appeal or email em to unban for 30$ or something?

Well, if you really know that it has yellow partyhat, you should really consider paying them the cash to unban the account, if you can.

Dont offer bribes to Jagex... Seriously, they arnt going to accept a payment to unban a character.

Just appeal it.

i tried that, and I told them I played runescape all day and barely had any friends, and then they told me to check like a depression website, and I was freaking out because I had heard they call cops in your hometown and tell them that you are suicidal, lol. But yeah they said they can't unban my account...



Also if you pay for the unban don't they clean the bank? i am pretty sure they take all your items, and roll it back a few levels, so I would advise against that

This happened to me except on an account banned in 2007 for rwt. I sent in an appeal and then sent an email after 2 days of the appeal not being looked at. The next day I checked the account and it said "This offence has been quashed by a Jagex Moderator".
Just send in an appeal and I think you have a very good chance of getting it back.

 

Appeal and post on the BAR thread.

 

I'd pay the $30 fee to unban the account if you are sure that a yellow phat is in there. You can get more then what you payed to unlock it by selling the phat here.
