Need help verifying PP

I got this US PP and I have managed to get 30$ to it for AutoDungeoneering Pro. When I tried buying it, I realize I'm limited =@. Can anyone help me get it verified? I'm 13 and I dont have a CC or a bank account and I dont get prepaid CC's here.

 

first: auto dungeoneering pro sucks..

Yah need to be older/have a bank account. Unless you parents create one and have them verify it and you let them know what your using it for. (which I'm sure after you tell them its a bot for a game) they probably won't let you buy.

Is there a waiting period in verifying a PP account?
