Anyway to Contact Runescape/Jagex?

I need to get onto them, preferably out of game (Phone, etc) because they took away my items, I don't bot, and I don't trade between accounts. I lost a Fury, Robin, 10m and D-Hatchet because of this bullshit.

If you look at their address they're located at st johns innovative center. Did a quick google search on it. Hey look! they got a web page.. tenants list.. start tenants list.. jagex.. customer service desk...oo a telephone number..

 

Regardless, dont think there is anything you can do now. They wont be returning your items, some of the mods have specified many times. EVEN if its by mistake.

 

Just search on google for the address, I know jagex is in Cambridge, try and google their phone number.

 

I remember when that house glitch thing happened and soo many people lost phats and other rares. So many people claimed that they lost stuff that they just didn't give anyone items back. And I believe if jagex takes any of your items for any reason you will not get them back.. Was there a notice in your inbox about receiving a infraction of some sort? if not maybe your little brother or friend logged on account and stole your stuff?

They reply to that more often then [email protected] or whatever it was.

But before you start talking about your issue say something like:

I am sorry to contact you via this email as it is designated for parents only but it was my only option since I had not given a reply from Jagex after several days about my issue. "Now continue"

 

Lol. Jagex didnt take anything, you got hacked.

 

Most likely you got hacked by a sibling or something

 

Don't have any siblings, nor have I had friends over. i wasn't hacked because the IP was the same when I logged in, so don't give me that bullshit.

 

Jagex doesn't remove items/gp unless they're 100% sure you cheated for them.

 

No point in contacting them, they won't give you your items back even if it was by mistake, best bet is to start again.
