When asked who original owner is he stated close IRL friend is OO & he's had it for two years. However, this account was just sold/purchased by him <1MO ago. See original selling thread (which has the exact same description/account pictures):

Im not, you can ask the OG owner yourself if you wish. He originally attempted to sell it back in 2022, in which I took over and played on it with him while he was inactive / only playing on occasion. Once he officially QUIT the game, I paid him for the for original value of the account before I took over back in 2022 and tracked it here on Sythe for the purpose of vouches.

I was transparent with this "guest" who's likely banned on this site. But like I said, feel free to reach out to the OG owner and I'll text him to confirm.

Yes we’ve both had access to the account for 2 years. I originally created it, and have fully quit and gave him full ownership. Not sure why we need to prove a friendship if I’m attesting to this.
