Alching for EXP bonus

I need the help of the community on this one can anyone post here and tell me what item to alch to have the least loss possible or even profit taking in factor that i will be buying everything i want to stock up before tomorrow and i want to know what to buy so i can gain the best potential to lvl my magic thanks.

Most have GE limits so go with rune arrows or something like that instead.

I'd suggest stun alching, dont waste your double XP on just alches.

If you want just alch Maple Longbows (u), they only lose like 90 gp per alch compared to 172 for Yew Longs.
