How did he scam? Did not pay

PinkieLoves was previously accused of scamming, but there was insufficient evidence found that the case was closed. The previous case is located here:

Now that you've seen all of this what's the point of it? Well here's the story. After being scammed $60 USD I went through great extent to track this guy down as I do not want others to be scammed by him. I originally traded with [email protected] but then after doing some research his previous email was [email protected]. After adding the subsequent email on MSN I approached him and asked him for my money. He proceeded to say that he had an imposter and has a new identity known as PinkieLoves. As the conversation went on, I called bullshit and openly stated that he was a multi-accounter which he proceeded to block me.

Now i know this is a basis of my word based on his word. I also know that i'm a newcomer, but I did not come to Sythe to scam. This trade was my third transaction on Sythe and my first time being scammed. I also know that this evidence could only point so far, but IroniusP and PinkieLoves are smart scammers, they buy and sell legitly and scam the ones that think are stupid. This is where I come in. I may be new, but i'm definitely not stupid.

I have presented the following evidence to the Sythe mods and running an IP-check on those two accounts could possibly provide you guys even more evidence. If these is insufficient evidence to ban this scammer for good, that is fine, but I'm just doing my part to this community.
