How are you doing right now pk-wise?

Before you get attack, I would get about 70 strength and try to pk first... If you find that you don't hit enough get no more than 20 attack.

 

Hp is a must in staking and pking. id get 20 attack tho.

 

im getting 20 att plus this is an acct im botting in f2p and its sucks in f2p pk and it sucks training with iron

 

No cvls, they are too rare these days. I found out the hard way after getting 20 def to wear c. vesta armour that they're like 10m a piece..
