New Macroing Offense - Erasing Members

This is awesome, I'd have started removing membership as punishment a long time ago if I was Jagex.. good money

this community is full of cheaters, hacker, black market sellers, rule breakers, etc. So this sounds hypocritical.

And besides, seems like a good thing to me. You pay a little extra, you bot ^_^

 

I see a lot of people QQing that they're greedy.... Well, I have some news for you, they're a business that's what their main aim is to maximise profits... Also, this is a great update for botters.

 

Honestly I have to give jagex credit for that one... Why ban someone when you can cut their membership credit and make them re-subscribe. It's jacked up but smart on their part....

 

Has anyone renewed their membership after having it taken away?

I did it yesterday and now I have membership untill the 25th of April :S which is more than the month I paid for which should run out on the 9th of April.

Is it possible that jagex are taking away the membership and then once you renew add on the number of days you had left from the previous membership onto the new one?

In which case it really isn't that bad as you would probably be renewing the membership anyway...

Well, to be honest, you shouldn't be complaining. You're breaking the rules and this is the punishment, especially the sorc garden farmers. The mebership removal is the best punishment they could've thought of. No membership - no sorc. garden botting. Logic?

Go to your messages, and seen when the latest "Welcome to members" message is. Then see if it was 1 month from when you lost members.

I thought one of my accounts had been hit with this punishment too, and was getting pretty pissed because that was one of my accounts that SHOULDNT have been close to a ban/reset/members removal, but then I went into my messages and noticed I just let my P2P run out lol.
