I'd recommend using an OMM. Initially the user stated he wanted me to go first, but then said "OMM". He refused to go first to the head official middleman and wanted to being in another OMM(going first to them). Bringing in another party, another OMM, technically only elevates risk, but ultimately it's the OP's decision.
