And if its not and someone recovers it then thats called scamming. Are you insisting he pay someone to scam for him?

 

It's called recovering old inactive accounts. So push along. You can tell the difference between an in-active account and an active account.

 

It's also a ban on Sythe if you're found being involved in it.

they reset account names if theyre inactive for a long time, add it to your ignore, check and see if it ever comes up as something like #978502375, then take it.
