20-40: 200K PER LEVEL OR $.20 PER LEVEL
40-60: 500k PER LEVEL OR $.50 PER LEVEL
60-80: 1M PER LEVEL OR $1.00 PER LEVEL
80-99: 2M PER LEVEL OR $2.00 PER LEVEL
1-80: 60M or $60.00
1-99: 80M OR $80.00

6-20: 14X.2=2.8
20-40: 20X.3=6
40-60: 20X.5=10
60-65: 5X1.5=7.5
