Safely accepting paypal is it possible?

Ok I buy/sell rsgold quite frequently and find that 70% of buyers use paypal I was wondering if there is any way I can safely accept payments without having to worry about unauthorized chargebacks.

Things I've tried
Gift W/note I am paying for a virtual item I've already received and I will not chargeback (didn't work they charged back and won)

Gift w/note same as above but I vided trade but paypal didn't accept my proof..

If you guys have any other ideas other then player auctions that'd be cool only thing i have against pa is it takes me to long to get me money and I can't effectively buy/sell

 

Im looking into claim and cancelling so I need to make a updated guide. The only guide we have here is from 2007. So i was wondering can i use your paypal account to send you $0.01 and then I will dispute.

 

Let them sent you a E-Mail from there PayPal E-mail + Let them give you(for bigger amounts) there ID card with there name and compare it with the name and address of the PayPal account.

others than that? Use Player Auction. There is no 100% protection. If you claim and cancel the paypal holder has still the chance to chargeback.

 

using paypal is very risky, id use western union if i was sellin, once the buyer sends money it will never get it back, u can even check if it sent it or not

 

western union charge fees depending on where u r aswell it, player auctions charges fees aswell but id choose western union once they send the money u get it

 

Buy with PayPal. Moneybookers takes around 13€-15€ per send.
Sell with Moneybookers and with PP for trusted people.

PayPal is safe and secure and you can report for scamming, using Moneybookers you can't.
Moneybookers is safe for selling and PayPal for buying.

I don't see the risk on selling with PayPal. I have sold tons of things around web and nobody has reported me for nothing.
I'm pretty sure that PayPal has been updated much in these years.

 

Actually paypal is alot riskier now. Ive experienced of $200 in chargebacks/disputes in just a few weeks of selling. Even with screenshots the disputes were not ruled in my favour.

Playerauctions is best atm.

Ive been charged back 21 dollars on paypal earlier and I dont want this happening to me again, im going to be looking into western union since everyones saying how safe it is.
