Paypal Got Limited Need Help

My paypal got limited, and it was seem like they said someone accessed my paypal account on a different IP, so I came to the resolution center, gave me 3 options, add credit card, change password and one other thing, I completed both except for add a credit card, the reason is because I don't have one

Can any expert tell me if my Paypal is limited forever, or will they review the information I submitted for 2/3 options and they will lift the limitation? Or MUST I add a credit card for full restore? :'(

 

well u can buy a prepaid credit card for 20$ and register it *sorry im no expert*

 

I know about that, I researched about it and it says its illegal and if they found out they will just limit it again.

 

I deal with this alot, You have to fully submit everything that it says on the Resolution center.

Did u try to sent a formal letter to them?
And is it true that some one else where on ur paypal?

 

Contact PayPal, Tell them it was Virtual sales, Do all the things youre required to do in the Resolution center, And then you should be unlimited within 24 hours, This happened alot with me, You just have to tell them what the sales were for recently.

 

Try using a VCC to unlimit the account. Weird thing is when i knew someone was accessing my paypal account (keylogged) then they limited the account but all they required from me was a automated phone call, made to the original number you used when creating the account, and no exceptions.
