I also vidded the entire trade via stakes if anyone needs proof that I actually gave him the 1.2b. I can show over teamviewer if necessary.

So, basically had a deal with Rabs where I would go first and trade him 1.2b first for $.80/mil and he would cover WU fees. No, I did not automatically trust him. I researched his vouches, his commitment to the community, and even asked some of the mods that vouched for him's opinion on him.

So, I trade over the money via stakes to his lvl 71 pure, first 1b in 500m increments and then an additional 197m which we rounded to 200m. He has me give him my info and states that he will go to the WU that day. Later to find out, he says his WU is closed, but will do it the next day. Days later, and claims that I am never on for us to communicate even though he had my info, the money was still not sent.

Now I see that he is temp. banned, as well as FireZ (not sure if they are connected), so I am posting this. Pics of pms, trades, etc as follows:
