This guide will not prevent chargeback’s from Credit card payments.

There are 2 ways a buyer may dispute a payment.
• Unauthorized Transaction
• Item Dispute

In this guide I will show you how you can lower the chances of being disputed.

Item Dispute

Another method is to dispute the item. The buyer may claim that they did not receive the item. To prevent this you must tell the buyer to claim and cancel.


How to Claim and Cancel
1. Click send money on the top of the page. Enter the traders PayPal address and the amount you are sending, in the purchases tab select "GOODS" . Then click continue.

2. On the next page check the amount you are sending and in the description box type
" I have received the virtual goods and am completely happy with them and will not open a dispute or claim a chargeback. Also the seller is not responsible for unauthorized access."

3. After that you should see a screen confirming that you have sent the money. Click “view transaction details”.

4. At the bottom of the next screen click “Click here to resolve”.

​

5. Select item dispute and click continue.

​

6. Then click “I haven’t received my item” and continue.

​

7. Then from the drop down menu select “virtual goods- delivered electronically” in the message to seller type “Have not received virtual goods yet” and click continue.

8. Go to resolution centre

9. Once at the resolution centre find the transaction in the list of cases and click the view button next to the case.

10. Now on the next page click “close this dispute”.

11. In the comments type “Received the virtual goods” and click “close dispute”.

Congratulations. You have successfully Claimed and Cancelled.

The screenshot of money being sent only applies to people using web proxies. They can still use VPNs as well as straight up IP proxies that they can set in their browser options.
