Explanation of the trade:
I had bought 14 accounts from mrahd which were Wildy Medium Diary Completed accounts.

How they scammed:
After purchasing, accounts were banned within hours before I had set up and even geared some of the accounts. 3 accounts had not even been given GP or logged into before the bans.

User provided inconsistent miscellaneous evidence that he was doing the same activity and had 17 accounts banned, new accounts banned within 15 minutes then further changes the statement to 2 of 40 accounts banned.

He said he had only 14 accounts in stock but claims he has another which is unbanned, but when asked, he noted he had only 14 accounts ready.

He claimed these accounts took him only 2 days to make which is utterly impossible for the level of accounts provided. Also, if the accounts were running, they would have gained stats from the base level (Atleast 1 strength/attack/defense/hp level) but it had remained the same.

I messaged the user and asked if he had rested the accounts and the above is the conversation which followed. I had put approximately 7m of gear and 4m of supplies on each account and had not run the accounts yet as I was out of GP and an update happened so I went to sleep. Woke up and found that the accounts were banned. I tried to resolve this privately, but user does not wish to comply and told me: "Discuss it with sythe mods as im sure its not my problem".

I will provide the entire conversation from purchase to bans and follow up conversation uncropped below. This overall conversation had made me worry some due to the lack of consistency by the user as well as their statements being unclear and his sole reasoning is that 1 of the accounts he did not sell me was not banned.

User himself asked for a Report to be created as well. I attempted to resolve this without a Report/Dispute as I have used this vendor in the past and this is my first issue with them.

Also, I was not going to run the accounts until post update anyways as normally updates is where bans happen.

I had also bought accounts from another vendor (Scarfade on discord, Scarfaced on Sythe) same day as well. This user admits fault that his accounts were the issue and has come to the resolution of refund/replacement and admitted to the fact that he knows it hadn't been me as I did not even log into his accounts before the ban.

A similar issue is occurring here but mrahd is adamant on believing that he is not at fault and is unwilling to compensate in any manner or form. All 14/14 of the accounts he had provided were banned with me not even touching 3 of the accounts, logging into them or putting gear/gp on them.
11 accounts had an estimated 11-12m put on them (I have discord logs for the trades if neccessary) as well as logs for which accounts are missing for GP to be transferred as well.

This summarizes it. Even though the accounts were banned after the sale, the fact remains that they were banned after the sale. This means that the risk, in principle, falls on you. Additionally, there is no ToS that imposes any specific obligations on me regarding bans, also want to add in fact i have the #15 account and i sent you recording of me logging in to the account and the last time logged in was when i muled all the gp from the 14 accs to my account, i didnt sell it because im giving it to my worker to train it into ds2. The accounts were sitting in my excel sheet for a week+ when i decided to sell them yesterday and when you bought them they magically get banned.

Well more than that. I have 3 accounts banned I never even logged into/geared or anything. You even said yourself you had accounts banned within 15 minutes of running the script and threw numbers and changed them. Inconsistency is correlated with deception and fabrication which leads to suspicion. Your conversation led me to believe you are incriminating yourself. I have multiple vendors that can vouch for me with their account sales and I am a legitimate buyer. You have even sold me accounts in the past and I have had no issues. Your claim that these accounts were made in 2 days and rested for 7 days is extremely false.

Also, these are not connected to Dreambot, my notes say Dreambot. These are on an account manager for checking accounts, bank value, mass PW change, email change, etc. I can use legit O7 client or Runelite. These were not launched with dreambot, but OG client to check the stats/account back.

 

Are you claiming these accounts are built by hand?

 

Also, I can provide a staff member to my discord server with webhooks which notify me of bans. Not a single account was running the Pirate script so no possible way I had gotten the accounts banned. We both know you already:

1) Lied about the accounts being rested after you botted the accounts to the desired level, diary/gear as you provided the accounts with 5 days of membership, claimed there were completed in 2 days which is physically impossible and said you rested it for 7 days. The accounts take more than 2 days to create. My other vendor (with out resting) sold me finished accounts that took approx 9 days to complete which aligns that you sold me freshly botted accounts.

2)Every single account was banned when I only geared 11 and 3 accounts were untouched. Definitely not something I can control of my own accord.

3)You keep glazing over the fact that 3 accounts I never even put gear on or did anything other than check the account on a legitimate client got banned.

Your claim of your 1 account that's not banned may have passed through the checks or operated differently or got lucky, but 14/14 accounts banned when I hadn't even geared up 3 or ran the rest of the 11 accounts is extremely suspicious. I offered you half refund or half account replacement as a goodwill gesture since we have done business in the past, but now I will aim for a full refund as I am not fond of your business practices.

i can proof accounts finish with 12 days p2p still available and been sitting in my excel sheet until i sold him the accounts ( accounts had 3-5 p2p days) so a week and more

Accounts banned by the following day morning, approx the time of update which I think is 5 AM est. (I was asleep at this time and woke up around 9 am and saw every account was banned and messaged mrahd at 9 54 AM est. Accounts merely lasted approx half a day before ban and I hadn't even geared up 3 of the accounts. Only checked them and inserted information on my manager via official runelite. These were yet to be botted on.
