Unfair Ban, obvious hacker (1-2 years ago)

Over a year ago I was banned on this account for offenses which took place while my sythe account was stolen.

I submitted a dispute over a year ago as well, which I'm assuming was denied.

I would like to now post proof that I was not in charge of my account during which the offenses took place.

Here is an example of an account selling thread posted while my account was stolen, it was actually one of the last (if not the last) threads that the account posted on before it was banned.

After the appeal was denied (1+ years ago) I created a new account "Unionlozer" which has recently been banned for Ban Evading. I figured if I could unban the account which caused me to be a ban evader, I would no long hold the title which would allow me to access Unionlozer and retrieve very valuable information located in my messages.

Also, the reason I was banned on Unionlozer was for being a ban evader (same MSN: [email protected]); however, that was not the email used while the scamming took place. Because of this, even if you deem this account to remain Banned (due to the scamming of h44x, because you have no way to prove that I am not him but am [email protected]) I believe that Unionlozer should be unbanned since my email was never used to scam.

I need to access Unionlozer because I am in the process of PMing Kiabin to retrieve a level 134 which I bought from him. Long story short, he had to recover it from a "legit dung trainer" and is going to return it to me soon.
