    Getting banned account back?
    we all know about buying banned accounts back.

    has anyone actually been offered?

    i got banned for duping a year ago and they havent yet sent me a message to buy it back, its been 3 weeks.

    Getting banned account back?
    They mass-offered select accounts when RWT was removed, probably to spur old players back into paying membership. It wasn't a common thing.

    I'm talking about the thread on RS forums that if you post your rsn, they msg you for a chance to buy your accounts.
