Very rarely. Unless they have attractive names, or someone wants ot use them to advertise I would not see the point. I have only seen one person buying level 3 accounts, and that is BayBay

 

Some large scale botters *may*, there used to be a better market for them back in the day. If anything it probably wouldn't be worth much.

 

If you had Tut done and Prince Ali rescue, then maybe people will buy accounts from you but barely anyone would even pay 5 cents for an account that has freshly came out of Tut Quest. It only takes 5 minutes maximum to do that quest anyways.

As others have said the only real way to add worth is to do prince ali rescue. Otherwise they're pretty much worthless.

Whoever buys a pre-made level 3 is mentally ill. It's very, very easy to scam someone who bought an account from you, trained it for a month, and gets it recovered.

 

I did that a while back.

Bought a few mules and paid ~$1 for each of them. They had 400-800k on them.

Agreed - anyone with half of a brain will make the character/do prince ali themselves. I can't imagine there's a huge market for this as it's extremely easy to get scammed down the road after you've farmed 100M gp.
