Rsbot auth question

Ok well i bought an auth from http://rs2botting.com/ on saturday. I never recieved my auth and sent in several tickets and everyone just kept redirecting me to other people so i decided to just submit a paypal dispute so i could get my money back today, and within 10 mintues the payment was refunded. I disputed the payment becuase 58 hours had passed and they kept claiming that the payment wasnt showing up on their end, but i submitted proof of the payment.

now my question is:

So i went to rsbots.net and tried to buy an auth and i purchased it, but it refunded it back to me. So am i blocked from buying auths from rsbots.net aswell? How can i get around this

 

Whenever you request a refund for an auth code, they permanently blacklist your payment method from future purchases - Send an email to [email protected] describing the situation and they should unblock you.

I did the exact same thing once. I never received a auth after a day, and i never could register a forum acc (For some reason my peoplepc email account never received the confermation email even though i had no spam blocker and resent the damn thing 10 times, using two diffrent addresses) so i opened up a dispute in paypal over it. Got my money back and then asked them to remove my email from the blacklist after i had told them why i filed a claim. The removed my email from the blacklist around a hour or so later.
