Explanation of the trade: We completed an Infernal Cape for him on Eldorado, he goes by the name of 'SweetSibyl861' on there. After the Cape was completed, he failed to confirm completion and returned to the ticket 5 hours later to claim his account was "hijacked and imported to a Jagex Launcher account" - We then started gathering evidence to fight the dispute (I won) and realized that that he created a Jagex Account matching the email login of the RS account he provided us to do the Cape on.

How they scammed: Completed a service for him, he then claimed that we hijacked him so he could get his money returned to him and still have the item that we spent over an hour getting for him.
