Banned for No Reason [FOR Sythe]

Hello..

I was recently banned for no complete reason at all. There is quite of few individuals which agreed to show evidence of what happened prior to my ban, Sythe.

Which I am sure they have already PM'ed you, seeing as they witnessed it and agreed to do so.

Anyway, the situation..

I was on the UOSytheIRC. Which where at the time Giddy was having a problem with his computer, and running a program to diagnose the problems. I offered my help, and he was using the free version therefore I stated that it will not follow up on viruses, only specific mal-ware and spy-ware which is downloaded from the internet browsing..

That if anything showed up thought with the name AV, it can do such damage to your computer, and I can help him get rid of it quickly..

Anyway, I call Giddy ' Guido ', and he calls me ' Tenrage ' it's been an inside joke for quite some times, abotu 3yrs.. Verts asked me why I was calling him Guido, and I stated it was an inside joke, and she said ' I bet ' basically calling me a liar, then Giddy spoke up and agreed on my behalf that it is.

Then Verts started spamming that ' How do you call yourself a friend can call him that ', guessing she was just in a bad mood, or did not understand the fundamentals of an inside joke.

Therefore at which Finn has joined, and straight off the bat, for no reason, as Verts had stated ' your NOT helpful ' ' your shit ' which was towards me, Finn then went histarical for NO REASON and started raging against me, and i never said a word to him nor Verts which was insulting or disrespectful.

I then still said nothing to Finn, and messaged Verts she stated 3 times to not talk to her, so I stopped. She then messaged me about what I stated which was showing evidence against Finn considering this being the 3rd time these actions has been taken towards me for no reason.

She then wants to talk, and throughout the entire conversation, the only insulting which I had typed to Verts in referance to Finn was " He is being immature , and quite frankly who would not agree? Banned me for no specific reason? Anyway, in the chat he started in on someone else, and bashed them for being childish, and I simply stated that " He can act anyway he wants, you do.. As he is simply his own person as-well, thus saying Finn had no right to control him, considering Finn was acting even more immature and chidlish prior to the individual which Finn was bashing.

Finn then started in on me again, and stated that I was banned. I checked, and found I was. So, I stated that he was immature physically towards him, rather than where he could not see it, and that is really all I said, and simply just ignored his remarks and attitude as I had when he first joined and started in on me.

My ban reason is for wasting staffs time, basically being very bad on the forums, and my snide remarks to show evidence to you or Matthew into which against individuals which whom are conducting their PRIVILEGE wrongfully.

Honestly, Sacro, Giddy, SMR, even Verts (Doubt Verts will due to Finn), and Finn (Doubt he will, because he dislikes me..)

Can vouch that my 'wasteful staff use' at which he refers to, is that even though I am no longer a mod, I still continue to do the RaS, catch Evader, Multiple accounts, Self Voucher, etc and hand them to the appropriate mod/admin so they can be taken care of..

It's what I done before I was a mod the first time, and continued to do as a mod, and still continued to do after being banned and losing my mod. I was trying to hand some to Finn one day and he told me to ' F Off ', and I asked him what his problem was, as I am simply trying to help, and this what I am doing is his job to get rid of...

He then specifically stated I was wasting his time, and placed me on ignore.. I then started trying to get Verts to do it, which he did a little, but stated she was too busy to continue to do all the stuff I had already done, which is understand able.. I do alot, and probably too much, and it has to be double checked with my decision as I am not a mod, perfectly understandable.

Then Giddy came back, so I started using him again, and he referred to me to also use Sacro. So, I have...

My 'Snide' remarks which he refers to is that I would report him, and quite frankly.. I have not? Other people took the liberty in doing so, considering his actions was wrong. Yet, I will not lie.. If I had a way I would report him considering him banning me.

Anyway, my time on these forums you can search through all my posts, all my posts that is not related to me buying something or selling something, are ALL HELPFUL posts, and not one of them are small or irrelevant.

I've not done anything wrong, and I have simply always tried just helping out, and despite the way I am treated I continue to stay respectful and courteous towards people.

My REAL BAN reason as Finn and Verts has stated specifically which SMR and a few other witnessed and can show evidence is " Tengauge12 your ban reason is because your 'Cancerous personality' "

Quite frankly.. I am not, and really? That is a PERSONAL OPINION, and the opinion of ONLY Finn and Verts. They don't even really know me, and refuse to try to get to know me, and I have no clue why..Which even through all their insults and disrespectfulness I still even try to help them when they have a problem despite their attitude or opinions of me.

So, I would appreciate for you to check everything, and see that I am not lying.. I don't know if Finn was just in a bad mood that day, or highly irritated or what his problem was, but I never spoke a word to him when he had joined, or even prior to my ban, only afterwards.

In all of my interactions with Tengauge i have never found him anything but helpful. I do not know why he was demodded in the first place because i find it to be a big misunderstanding. He still actively engages in duties and makes current staff aware of the issues. I believe his ban in unjust. Atleast with the knowledge i know, and what i have seen, i find it unjust. If anyone can justify a different opinion please send me a PM.
