Not trying to spam, but your first sentence seems to contradict itself. Unverified paypal users can apply a credit card after they paid you and still do the same charge back, as a matter of fact, it's even worse to accept payments from unverified paypal. That's how I got scammed out of 75USD

Paypal doesn't really offer any protection on virtual goods sales.. specially when there's no evidence at all of shipped items, etc.
Furthermore verified credit card users win 99% of the disputes when they charge back their payment, simply because they can just call their credit card company or having paypal protection.

And no im not going first.
