I doubt that there will be a base there.
Too many variables which limits human space travel.
One of them is gravity. If someone stays out there too long their bones would get used to the low amounts of pressure.
Once they come back to earth I'm pretty sure they would be having problems with their bones being put under too much pressure.

You are trusting a bunch of scientists you don't know that what they say is to be taken as fact regardless of you knowing their research in detail and having seen the facts in person. That is what is not to believe.

Could be fake, but sounds intresting none the less.

 

I dont believe this is fake at all, America could be conspiring to set up a base there for the 'extreme upper class citizens i.e. diplomats, celebrities, sports stars etc' in the event of a semi-apocalypse.

 

I wouldn't doubt that there's already some sort of a bio-dome on the moon. There's a lot that the public doesn't know about.

The bigger question should be why isn't there some sort of biodome in place already??

It couldn't hurt to have a back up plan for a worst case scenario. I would prefer Mars over the moon though.

 

There probably is one somewhere, it's just being kept a secret from the public. We have the technology for it, so what makes it so unlikely?
