    Nooo worries mann.

Ermmm, depends where you're at now.

You'll need to do a combination of fat burning + muscle building.

    Fat burning:
Run BEFORE breakfast (Yes, that means getting up early) as often as possible. Not too far to start with, maybe 2 miles. Then as you get quicker, build up to 3, maybe 4 miles.

    Toning:
Just do the exercises from the original post. If you really wanna push it, do 3 sets of the max number you can do with a minute rest in between each set.

Your font is too small so are your headings, headings are used to show what your writing about which means you need to attract the reader, I would say change the font style and also use
    Code:

to keep things neat. Good guide also :)

This really is a good guide. I feel the images help you a lot when reading the guide and think you've done a great job with this guide.

One suggestion for this guide would be perhaps add how many reps you should do for each exercise and trying adding a little more information about some of the exercises, mostly the ones on the top.

Other than that, great guide, good work!

    Working out without equipment.

Burdock this is a pretty well put together guide but leaves out alot of workouts. which I can understand as theirs millions of different ways to workout your muscles. Anyone that wants to get fit without touching a weight just remember to workout all your muscles. Working out only your main muscles such as biceps and quads can lead to injury if you don't work out the supporting muscles. If your a beginner to fitness I recommend finding a set workout to follow before you try and build your own"If you need help just pm I'd be glad to help". If you wish to create your own workout remember to workout all of your muscles and allow 24 hours rest in between each muscle groups work out "abdominals excluded" For example don't do tons of bicep and pec workouts day after day leave a day break or switch off between muscle groups each day ie legs/arms/legs/arms. Remember your workouts go to a waist if you don't feed/hydrate your body

    Working out without equipment.

There are so many sources for trying to work out without equipment that are of little to no use at all. I loved the guide and how you actually provided many different types of exercises other than just the regular sit up and push up. Great guide!

You should add dips OP. I'm sure everyone at least has a coffee table or a bed in their house which they can do bench dips off
