    Help!

All right, I need help canceling an unclaimed payment. However, following the PayPal instructions (below), I can't find the Cancel part in the third step. Anyone know how to do it?

    PayPal Instructions:

Can I cancel a payment that I've already sent?

You can cancel only unclaimed payments. If the payment is complete, you can contact the person who received the payment and request a refund.

    To cancel an unclaimed payment:

    1. Log in to your PayPal account.
    2. Click History.
    3. Click Cancel under Order Status/Actions.
    4. Click Cancel Payment next to the unclaimed payment.

Picture of me in the history part, then trying to find the cancel?

    Help!

Usually when I had this problem, it was under the order status part. It allowed me to click cancel.

    Help!

I tried emailing them but to get their email it seems that you have to find a reason to do so, but my reason doesn't count as a reason that you can email them for (does that even make sense?)
