Verts - I had technical issues with registering and he was exceedingly helpful and understanding. He took the time out of his day to go the extra step and actually help a new member join the site. I've never been a part of a forum that had administration that cared for it's new members.

 

Its a she haha!

Anyways Verts was quick response to the account issues of a 2nd member this morning as well.

Well, that's definitely a first. I've never met a female who played RS. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Anyways, are any steps being taken to fix the registration bug?

 

No worries and well, we still need to figure out the cause before we can sort out a solution.

 

Sengira - Doing an AMAZING job at handleing my Spam/Invalid thread reports. Very quick, and I like his occasional typos when he replies to the Spam Report

 

Sengira - Has been answering lots of spam reports and seems to be doing very well

 

No feedback in 5 days, dont be shy!

 

I know I submitted feedback about 5 days ago, but Gohan was not on the list yet.

Gohan - I am extremely impressed at how devoted and active Gohan is. He is the ONLY one that responds to my PMs quickly whenever I need help every single time, as well as maintaining a pleasant attitude. He is also one of the fastest to respond to the RaS threads.

 

Gohan/Sengira - Both very committed to sythe and take reports seriously and deal with them fast.

And, I know this is going to come across as bitching, but "n4no" infracted me for spamming, when it was no such thing.

Just as a general query, can I dispute this in the Dispute a ban section, or is that for bans only?

that is spam, and no you cannot dispute infractions, you could talk to the mod who issued you it.

 

Well I think the staff is doing a wonderful job. Except for one person...

 

Would help if you told us what person, so that person could improve

Giddybad- banned me from the personal support section with no warning. the reason given was "grow up".......conveniently, this happened right after arguing with his friend hey3n in PM's. she knew about the ban before i did. admin abuse i think. currently in appeal.

KerokeroCola - This guy is VERY helpful, also replies to PMs instantly! Good job with the reports and keep it up Very active as well

Clashfan - He's very nice, messaged me when their was a problem with my signature instead of just straight up infracting me . He's very honest as well. Thanks

FireZ - This guy is the definition of a mod, to be honest he deserves Admin.

Sythe - He's a master debater seriously, I would never wanna get in an arguement with him.

 

Sengira and Gohan are two very big bosses (they're real fast mods).
